The heart behind J's Independent Support.
With several years of experience as a support worker, I've found the journey incredibly rewarding. Working with people of all abilities has been both eye-opening and inspiring, and I've seen how much a consistent, caring approach can change someone's life.
When I relocated back to Geelong, I started J's Independent Support to take what I'd learned and build something that reflects the real value of connection, trust, and care.
My vision is simple: to reshape the way support is experienced in our community by putting people first. Support isn't just about tasks. It's about real connections, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel supported, valued, and confident living life their way.

Daily Living Assistance
Everyday tasks done your way: cooking, cleaning, personal care and routines. Your support, your way.
In-Home Respite / STA
Families rest and recharge while participants enjoy safe, supported stays full of activity, comfort and care.
Domestic Assistance
Yard work, minor home repairs and upkeep: mowing, tidying gardens and small fix-ups. This is where our hands-on skills shine.
Transportation
Reliable transport for appointments, shopping, social activities and day trips. Travel made simple and safe.

We're an independent (unregistered) provider, which means we support plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. Not sure how your plan is managed? Reach out and we'll happily help you work it out.
