With several years of experience as a support worker, I have found the journey incredibly rewarding. Working with people of all abilities has been both eye-opening and inspiring, and through these experiences I’ve seen just how much a consistent, caring approach can positively impact someone’s life.

When I relocated back to Geelong, I decided to start J’s Independent Support. I wanted to take what I had learned and create something that reflects the true value of connection, trust, and care.

My vision is simple: to reshape the way support is experienced in our community by creating a service that truly puts people first. Support isn’t just about tasks, it’s about building real connections and understanding that everyone deserves to feel supported, valued, and confident in living life their way.
